All perfect jinchuriki fall in front of blessed eyes (with Genjutsu potency) even Naruto knowing bee was a perfect jinchuriki stated don't look into Itachi's eyes (perfection is nothing in front of those eyes) it's be over if you did.
My guess is perect jinchuriki can only avoid and be broken out of blatant Genjutsu and if their host knows they're affected.

What tobi used coud be more than just a simple genjutsu. He controlled the man for years, I've never seen a genjutsu control someone that long.

I imagine Tobi just kept him dosed up with regular genjutsu shots for his Mizukage years rather than one big jutsu. That stuff would be Shisui level of broken.

The sounds reasonable. But.
That would take a Monster load of chakra, even using it sparingly for more than three days or more is far beyond the capability for even a kage of any kind especially on a kage level person.

Sasuke had the rinnegan genjutsu which he chose to cast on nine of the bijuus but never dared to do the same against Naruto. So they're immune.

Yagura was made the jin after Obito was converted by Madara considering the three tails (Isobu) was sealed inside Rin at the time when she died. So my guess would be Isobu was already under control of Obito or Madara when Yagura was made a jin and he was a perfect jin only because he was conrolled by Obito/Madara alongside Isobu.

The PJ is immune if the bijuu wants them to be, in the last I guess Kurama let him stay in that genjutsu for obvious reasons ofc.

I'm going to be honest and tell you I didn't read your reply because of how horrendous the sentence structure is. I read the first line and realized that either your enter key jams every 3 words or you don't know how to structure a paragraph.

Yeah it's pretty underrated for Tobi's moveset. The rest of the series shows it's not battle-capable though, otherwise he'd have Sasuke and any of his opponents under his spell. A Dictator Kage is one of the few positions where you could live day to day without meeting too many people. It's a low profile job in the Hidden Mist I imagine, so plenty of time and privacy for Tobi to keep him sedated and following orders.
