cause when bijuu is inside its host jin
others cant reach bijuu
for example : madara tried to summon kurama but failed cuz he was inside narutos body.
casting a genjutsu on someone inside anothers body is like saying
casting genjutsu on jiraiya while he is inside that damn frog
& u know its not possible
also casting genjutsu on sasori which i think is nearly impossible

It doesn't work like that. Kushina's seal was weakened and the kyuubi was already coming out, the mangekyo Sharingan grants the ability to control kurama (which is what obito did before kurama escaped). If the tailed beast is already inside a jinchuriki this isn't possible hence why Bee snapped out so quickly (he was in Tailed beast cloak - stronger influence by the hachibi).

but what if the jinchuriki was weakend then and low on chakra even the kyuubi can run out of chakra
although that would take enormous amount of time, could still run low and be too weak to fight off the genjutsu..
bars are set high in naruto and even they get broken or raised like breaking out of edo tensei of sheer will power and chakra..
they could still use seals to disrupt their chakra???theres still a chance they could since they can almost do everything else..
