Breaking out of genjutsu requires bijuu's corporation which only bee and naruto have.

The scan which you provide actually proves that yagura was only able to control his bijuu just like Madara was able to control Kurama.

It would have ended the battle much faster, but they didn't use Genjutsu on any of the Jinchuuriki besides Madara, who used MS Genjutsu on the Fourth Rikage Ay.

Gyuki cooperates with Bee and wakes him up from genjutsu. Bee doesn't take control of Gyuki to wake himself up.

- a Host who can control their beast
- a Beast who would break him out of Genjutsu

Those two things describe a Perfect Jinchuuriki

You can't disturb your chakra on your own when you're in a Genjutsu
That's why you need a partner that would do it for you
