Not sure if this was anime filler but, it was said the Hachibi was hardener to control than the two tails because it has more tails. This lead me to believe the more tails the stronger the Bijuu, plus I don't see hoe Shukaku is more durable.

When the five bijuu were using TBB, they seemed equal so I think Kyuubi and the Juubi are the only exceptions. Shukaku is made out of a body of sand and sand is more durable than Hachibi flesh though I might be wrong on this. Regardless, Gaara can fire sand bullets into the Hachibi and manipulate it from the inside out like he did to Madara.

Shukaku sucks. He got beat by adolescent Naruto. lol. More tails = stronger. That alone means that 8 tails would wreck the shit out of shukaku.

No such thing as ''more tails means stronger Bijuu or Jinchuuriki.'' Juubi was divided into 9 tails, each containing 1/9 pieces of its Chakra.

Bee wins due to being faster (Gaara's sand weakness is speed), physically strong enough to tear up his defences, and having more experience.
