Madara succeeds in executing his plan. Everyone is in the genjutsu and we get a glimpse of what life is like in there. Somehow sasuke gets out of it (due to his visual prowess) and helps naruto get out off it too. Both sasuke and naruto face of against Madara and somehow win (maybe because both of them receive a huge power-up). Even with the power-up they aren't quite equal to Madara, but he gets caught up in his cockiness which starts his downfall.
After this we get a full scale death battle between naruto and sasuke which creates a huge valley, kinda like hashi and madara's one lol, except this time the scale of the damage is ALOT bigger
. neither of them win and both of them collapse at the end of the fight. Naruto and sasuke (who is following itachi wish now after being TnJ after the fight) returns to the village.
Nearing the end of naruto we get a touchy, feely ending, kinda like the one at the end of dbz. Maybe we should get a timeskip of like 10 years after naruto vs sasuke. We see hinata pregnant with naruto baby and sasuke's girl also is pregnant. With the K11 either in a relationship or not etc...Tsunade passes away and naruto is appointed as hokage however naruto feels as if needs to do something before being assigned hokage of the leaf and goes off travelling and training around the world kinda like what jiraiya did but instead naruto completes what jiraiya started? (maybe even writing a final book in the process), everyone in konoha is saying goodbye to him. Sasuke tells naruto "they'll fight again someday, and the next time to outcome will be very different." (no intention to kill, just win ofcourse instead of a tie) Kakashi, Iruka, all the characters who knew him from the start having nostalgic moments of naruto throughout the series.
The phucking end.
Would be the best ending ever IMO if this happened. + it leaves the manga open for Kishi if he ever wants to return back to doing naruto. Maybe it could be about the kids this time? Or naruto + sasuke's joint reign? (I doubt Kishi will ever return to naruto TBH )
