No no and no. Stop speculating. Naruto has received some chakra himself from minato to be able to fight. Sasuke had some chakra from naruto but not when he was under the cloak. Cuz when one does get bijuu chakra that provides a boost (if biju chakra is more powerful) one also gets biju chakra cloak around himself

True, but he only got his reserved replenished not abnormal chakra amount that gives boost and biju cloak. Its a mute point as naruto and sasuke began forming their tech simultaneously! And sasuke is actually shrouded in his own cloak not naruto's

You know I meant Kurama's chakra, not Naruto's. Anyway, Susano'o is a ninjutsu, if it wasn't, he would not have needed Jugo's senjutsu chakra to attack Obito. And Kurama's chakra that Naruto was handing out does in fact increase the magnitude of jutsu. The Hyuga's air palm size and power were increased, and Kakashi mentioned that he could easily Kamui the jubi because of Kurama's chakra. It wouldn't make sense to say that Kurama's chakra could enhance everyone's ninjutsu but Sasuke's..and I'm not saying that Sasuke CAN'T use perfect Susano'o on his own, but we really have more evidence against it than for it right now.
