A, Mei, Deidara and Darui couldn't i think. A was nearly dead against a Sasuke Ms who wasn't even controlling his power perfectly. Mei took Sasuke when he was out of chakra and nearly dead(what could she do against Susanoo arrows?), and for me Mei is the weakest Kage, so she could do nothing. Deidara already got his ass kicked, and Darui has nothing to compete against MS technics. He is basically like Kakashi but without Sharingan and MS. So he couldn't win. But i see that in your list, you've forgotten a lot of people like maybe Muu, 2nd Mizukage, Hashirama, etc

U need to trim down your list. For instance, A will only get rape by current sasuke. Mei was to slow for ms sasuke.

the other absolutes are a bit reasonable but your "maybes" can be
transferred to NEVER.xd
