People underestimate what Madara getting his other eye means

People think Madara getting his other rinnegan eye won't do much but considering how much he has shown to want it that is probably not the case. If he get's his other rinnegan, I could see him looking almost exactly like Hagorami with two full horns growing, his staff getting the other sun side in addition to the moon side, and a third rinnegan like eye forming in his forehead. He will probably be at equal strength to Hagorami and will definitely be stronger than Naruto and Sasuke. He may toss them around a little to show his new powers but I would be surprised if he didn't start infinite tsuiyomi in short order since that was the plan all along and now that he was complete why would he not do so? He will do this to try to create the fruit which if he ate would give him the highest level of power in the Naruto universe which is Kaguya's power. Obviously Naruto and Sasuke will eventually break out and stop him but infinite tsuiyomi is incoming in very short order mark my words.

I have thought this too, but I must admit the story itself is centered around Naruto and Sasuke...and Sakura respectively. I feel he will get it...and it will make little difference in the ultimate outcome. Though.... Kishi has had him make retrieving the eye a big thing.... We will have to wait and see.... Maybe.... just maybe the emphasis put on the eye...Will result in something similar to what you have predicted.

Nobody's underestimating the rinnegan, they're underestimating madara [based on his bad performance].

I am telling you the reason Madara has been so disappointing is plot as well as Kishi does not want Madara to be a rehash of when Obito was the Jubi Jinchuriki. When Madara get's his other eye he will show much stronger abilities and Kishi will make the excuse that the true power of being the Jubi jinchuriki can only be used with both eyes. Its more than just him having new rinnegan techniques from what we have seen the scale and power of Madara's attacks have been minuscule compared to what could have been expected of someone wielding the power of the Jubi inside of them.
