You do know Edo tensei's are weaker then when they are alive right? Also they don't have "unlimited chakra" in the sense that they can replenish instantly or faster since we seen Minato and Hashirama both run out of chakra. Chakra comes from the mental and physical energy of the body which the dead wouldn't really have but they get that which allows them to have chakra as if they were alive. Edo Tensei's will have least chakra than alive as well since all of their stats are weaker as we can see from Part 1 edos and Shippuden edos which are more improved but doesn't bring them back at their full power.

Oh and Deidara wouldn't be able to continuously suicide bomb since he uses clay for that and will run out plus that takes chakra which he will run out as well. There are some ninjas who can handle that plus since his power is weaker, it woulcn't be as bad as alive Deidara's.

Nope, opening the gates puts a strain on the body, you can run out if the body can't take it and gets destroyed or as you said, run out of chakra. Just like how Hanzo's poison was able to take him out, the strain of the gates can destroy Gai's body as it did to the living Gai. He would have to wait until his body regenerates and/or for his chakra to replenish but he will be open for sealing at that time.

You forgot itachi

He wouldn't have his disease but he will be weaker than alive so even less chakra reserve than before so that wouldn't be that good if he fights top tier fighters.

Nope, his head would still be there and his body would still fall over; Edo's don't regenerate instantly which leaves him open for sealing. Plus Edo's are weaker than when alive so less power, speed, strength, chakra reserve, ect..

That was mostly due to plot man, why was Kabuto fighting in the war in the beginning? To get Sasuke right? What stopped him from undoing Edo tensei which would solo Itachi then and there and get Sasuke with white noise or any of his other jutsus which Itachi protected Sasuke from? Plot did since Kabuto had nothing invested in the war but getting Sasuke who was right in front of him. How is Sasuke and Itachi able to talk and turn their heads in a jutsu that paralyzes the body? Shikamaru couldn't move an inch at all and had to use his shadow to break his finger to break the jutsu when he could have just bit his lip if he could move. Kabuto's Genjutsu would be much stronger due to Senjutsu from his SM yet they can move? Last plot point is how is Itachi going to use Izanami and claim it to be a pair with Izanagi when Izanagi requires both Senju and Uchiha DNA to be use? It's power comes from manipulating Yin and Yang and is a lesser form of COAT as Obito described to Konan so how are the Uchihas just going to make a Genjutsu at the level comparable to that specifically to counter it?

And it was Sasuke and Itachi that beat Kabuto, he would beat either in a solo fight since both were saving each other.
