Ok honestly, we can say Sakura, Sasuke and Naruto are all kage level. Though Naruto has Kurama helping him, while Sasuke has the Sharingan. Though Sakura has nothing, she has trained her own powers without help (Except sensei's ofc) and has still attained that high of a level so I can say IMO Sakura has trained the hardest out of the three to get where she is now.
Im sure they all trained their hardest.
It's just that Sakura has no notable talent (aside form chakra control, that is) unlike Sasuke and Naruto.
Sasuke and Naruto have worked hard just as Sakura has. Plot-cidentally, they have this oh-so helpful sharingan and chakra pool,and kurama and bloodline, which Sakura doesnt have.
And everyone had help. Who doesnt need it? Sakura desperately needed it.
It's just that her former character was way down below (in some aspect) Naruto and Sasuke that she has to work twice as hard to catchup.

And kage level, sure, whatever you all say. She may be. Or may be not.
Well, she just merely assisted the
whole alliance using Katsuyu, her own chakra.
She may be not in Tsunade's level and experience, but she has done something great that the whole shinobi would acknowledge.

Man, they're friends. And one thing I know about friends is that they dont require each otherto repay debts.
Sure, one can treat a gesture as debt, but it should never be looked as something you have to pay for or something to suggest inferiority/superiority.
