Why do people always make posts about their problems on Facebook or other social media platforms? Is this some type of attention seeking habit or are they really seeking help? I know I make posts on here about my problems, but it's because I'm actually looking for help. Every day when I log on to Facebook, I always see someone posting something like' not wasting my time on someone who doesn't care about me' things like that. Like, why don't you just message them directly and talk about your problems, or give them a phone call, or meet them in person.

Are you jealous?Do you envy them?Sounds like it.

You've answered your own question.

Every day when I log on to Facebook, I always see someone posting something like' not wasting my time on someone who doesn't care about me' things like that. Like, why don't you just message them directly and talk about your problems, or give them a phone call, or meet them in person.

Why are you so WORRIED about what this person decides to say on social media?People vent, people seek attention, and then you have those who like to be CENTER of attention, cause they think the entire world revolves around them.

If you have such a problem, UNFOLLOW them, rather than being all envious and up in their business.

honestly , they are just attention whores if you ask me , i mean , if you see someone doing that , all you have to do is to tell them , well , all you have to do , is to talk with them , and that's all , if they cry to you about it ,that means that they are attention whores and ofc , thinking that the world revolves around them.

They should seek professional if it's the former, I'm serious

i've added you.

Most people are attention seeking. I don't think any legit guy would do such a thing.

It's simple, people have an easier time working on their problems if they talk to other people about it, some people however forget the "working on the problem" and think it's enough to just talk about it.

Ever heard about the saying: heavy is the burden on the chest? (it's old) it's like when you "get something of your chest" and talk to someone, it's that feeling they get from talking about it that makes them feel better afterwards.

it's basicly that, we are a social species and very few of us can do without social interactions.

And so they do. What makes them different than you is you don't take your issues seriously. I wonder what was your first issue that you posted a thread about it. Did you solve the problem?

How's your relationship with your family? Your mom. Your sister. You said before that you don't care for them in a thread. How things now? Still the same? Abandoning your family at times they will need you and you will ignore them?

Later, you posted threads about other problems as if the first problem solved itself.

Nowadays people don't have anyone to talk to, and because life has improved for people across Western society, they don't like hearing about people's problems or helping them through their problems. This is why people have to pay boatloads for a shrink when they could easily be talking to parents or other family members.

People don't know how to help each other, so we use social media as some kind of signal for help when shit hits the fan.

I'm glad someone else also understands. Now time to get the popcorn and watch the people take the bait

If you dont know the person then you are absolutely not in the position to assume why they do something like this, so if it really bothers you then you should either dont use the social media or just get them ouit of your friends list. I dont have an accurate to describe my feelings for this
