Well if it wasn't for those rules then the deception would have worked...but that's not saying he would have won the fight anyways.

I thought we were debating whether or not his cheating was justified, but if your point is that the whole rule was against the "ninja code" ( where cheating is ok) then you'd be right.

A rule is a rule. Hiruzen could have said using your left hand was not allowed and it would be the rules everyone had to follow.

That doesn't mean the rule is justified, though.

What is and isn't justifiable is up to individual perception. I consider the rule justifiable because it was outright stated. But if you disagree that's fine. I'm not right, it's just an opinion on an arbitrary matter.

I dont think the bracelet should be banned. But if it was mentioned beforehand that it's use was prohibited then yeah he's a cheater
