If you have even the faintest idea of Japanese myths, then you would know that Izanami and Izanagi form a pair in it. And they do the same in Naruto as well!

Izanami should have been expected from the moment Izanagi was introduced in the manga!

Yep, totally agree. I've been into Japanese myths for a long time, and I keep waiting for things I know will come, because Kishi has based so much in the story on it.
Like when Sasuke fought Itachi, they played out the myth of Susanoó VS Yamata no Orochi in an epic way.

As for the Uchiha techniques, I think you can agree there will be a Jutsu coming called 'Kunitokotachi', who is the forefather God of Izanami and Izanagi.
