People also overlook Sage Mode's limits and the fact that Sasuke was nerfed from utilizing his copying ability to his full advantage. 3TS Sasuke is vastly superior to Sage Mode Naruto.

Its a shame that speed feats like Sasuke vs Gaara or Hebi Sasuke was taken away like nothing from the series ...

Sage mode still had a limit for 5min and needed a preparation for it - Naruto would never be able to hit Sasuke unless that air punch which Sasuke would eventually figure it out how it works. Sasuke could still use chidori-nagashi and counter the hits from Naruto to even come close - and the speed, even if Naruto is able to sense Sasuke moving fast, im not sure if Naruto is able to keep it up, since Naruto was never a speed fighter until Kyuubi power.
