First of all, i just want to say that I am new to NarutoBase, but i know a lot about Naruto. If you want to counter this arguement, bring facts and actual things that happened, not just random flames about whos better...
That being said, I'll come to the first point: SM Naruto>Base/3 tomoe sharingan Sasuke.
Naruto's reflexes in sage mode are quicker than Pain's with a rinnegan, and the 3rd Raikage with lighting release, who is also known as one of the fastest humans to ever live, as shown in their fights. Also, SM Naruto's taijutsu in sage mode is stronger than any normal human in the show, no matter how well trained, frog fu is on a different level from any other taijutsu, only other sage modes can compete.
Now, 2nd Point: BM Naruto>>>>EMS Sasuke
Now, people say that Sasuke could one-shot Naruto with Tsukoyumi or some other genjutsu, but Kurama would snap him out of it instantly! People seem to forget that Kurama HATES the uchihas after all they've done to him.
Plus, Kurama's met Sasuke, and doesnt like him much either, so Naruto would be safe from all Genjutsu Sasuke could use, just like when Gyuuki helped Bee.
Its obvious that Naruto could avoid amaterasu, sasuke running from it could avoid it, Naruto can freakin teleport sooooo...
As for Susanoo, this could be the key factor, as one TBB may not destroy it, but it could weaken it severely, enough for Naruto to do a different technique and finish him off. However, Sasuke has a legitimate chance between how strong his is, the Amaterasu launcher, and his arrows and sword. Plus, I've been thinking that Sasuke may now have the Yata Mirror, Totsuka, Etc. cuz his eyes ARE Itachi's Eyes, so it would make sense. However, that brings me to my fiiiiinal point....
3. Plot no jutsu>Everything
Naruto's the reincarnation of the So6p, he's not gonna die so easily, Kishi's Pen is stronger than Sasuke's sword so BAM! Naruto wins hahah
