You see People Overarte people Because In Versues Threads people Say For Example

"Pain > Itachi Because of Chiabaku Tensei" This is not a Versus Thread


But if the battle Between them Started Would pain start the battle by clapping his hands & saying " CHIBAKU TENSEI!"

No, he wouldnt...

People need to realize that when a Character is Pushed to their limits they Use Something called "their Trump Card" Which at Sometimes it can turn the whole Battle Around!

Examples of trump cards could be

Sasuke: Kirin or Completely formed Susano'o

Madara: Perfect Susano'o

Naruto: Perfect Kurama transformation

Kakashi: Kumai

Zabuza: Water Style: Water Vortex Jutsu ( If you Remember )

what all of these Jutsu/techniques have in common is that they were used when they person was pushed to their limits, not at the beggining of the battle

Eventually the combatants will be forced to use their strongest techniques, aka their trump cards to win the battle. People don't like to go into fine detail so they just say a name of a jutsu that they think can't be countered and then proceed to leave. I do agree with you though that it gets annoying when a battle comes down to one jutsu.
