While Sasuke is taking breaks, barely lifting and arm to attack. He has used basic Chidori, basic Firestyle and a Chidori infused punch from his Susano'o. That is barely any strength compared to what he is able to do. So if Naruto is holding back and is holding against Sasuke perfectly. (As in they are using the same power) Then Sasuke is also holding back.

Naruto fans are better because? Those that say that either of the two characters are stronger are denying a manga fact. They are equally matched in every possible way. Even the latest chapter symbolizes that. Do you think it was random that Kurama Cloak is white while Susano'o is dark? No. They are symbolizing Yin and Yang, two equal powers that are opposite of each other.
