...that Itachi got BISECTED by Kabuto. For all those who say Itachi is the Solo King, this alone is enough evidence. Had Itachi been alive fighting him, he would've died from the bisect. And let's not forget, Sasuke was alongside him as well. If Itachi is really the Solo King, then let's take Sasuke out of the picture. Sasuke was INSTRUMENTAL in beating Kabuto, so take him out of the picture and make him fight Kabuto while he was alive with his poor health and stamina (his battle against Sasuke shows how much of a role this played in his death, although partially he went easy on Sasuke admittedly) and it makes it that much easier for Kabuto to kill him/bisect him. For all those out there that are big time Itachi/Uchiha fans don't bang too hard on me, rate my thread badly or neg rep me, for I mean good intent. I am simply just using evidence from the manga to support my opinion, and if you disagree that is ok just provide evidence for your answer as well. This was also made so that I can educate those who are a bit TOO in over their heads about Itachi and the Uchiha. Guys, tell me your thoughts, in agreement or disagreement, and for those who disagree evidence is gladly appreciated!

What people also dont realize that itachi would turn that cave in black hell if not for taking kabuto alive :p
Not too mention itachi dodged 1st attack and let him be bisected at 2nd in order to duplicate the feeling and complete izanami

Its hard telling people the "truth". They will have to believe what they want to believe. You can't change everybodies mind. Besides, you failed to provide links or post Manga pages for all who doubt your little arguement or poorly debate. Teach them something, don't stoop to a childs level to prove a point.

Itachi's not that weak. Admit it. His intelligence is way beyond most others and Mangekyō defeats a high level shinobi like kakashi. Just ask Kabuto what happens when you go against Itachi.

Completely agree with everything you said, but just to clarify, I never said Itachi was all that weak, and even though IMO he could lose to DSM Kabuto yes, I do believe he can beat high level Shinobi like Kakashi, and even some of the Kage.

There are two things wrong with your argument.

1. Itachi was an Edo Tensei, and likely took into account that his body was indestructible. You assume that he would have used the same strategy if he wasn't an ET, but Itachi probably would have approached the Kabuto battle completely differently if he wasn't invincible.

2. I don't exactly remember the battle, but the vast majority of that battle took place in Kabuto's mind. Kabuto was finished the minute that he underestimated the Uchiha brothers.

The constructive criticism TBH I really appreciate, will take it into account.

1. Itachi was playing a dangerous game then, because Kabuto had a kunai with a seal that would have ended the genjutsu Itachi had placed on himself Kabuto merely had to get close enough to put that seal into his head.

2. Wrong. The majority of that battle did not take place in Kabuto's mind. Izangai was used at the very end. GO back and reread the manga again.

Also, against the Black Fire, Kabuto could escape. He just has to shed his skin. AND BOOM. He's ok. Just like Sauske did during that brotherly fight.
