Naruto didn't land yet, the chameleon was there after Bansho Tennin was used (unless you're saying Bansho Tennin can pull multiple things at once, which would only help me).

Bee's chakra cloak is 9 times more than that of his own V1. I wasn't comparing it to that of Naruto's at all.
Futile argument; we simply don't know how much time has passed since BM Naruto entered into BM again. Naruto can't win, simple as that. Bansho Tennin, Human Path immobilizing him and Preta Path sapping him of his chakra at the same time are all too much for him.
