Kabuto's being underrated, I see. Tell me, how would Itachi (#7 on my list) beat him without Izanami (if you say he'd use Izanami anyways, you might as well say he'd do that on Obito or Madara). The only people I see beating him are #1-5.

Edo Jinchuuriki were brought back by Kabuto. Also, all they'd do is give Nagato chakra through Preta Path.
Although Nagato is under Obito, it's not as hopeless for Nagato as you may think.

But they do count as part of someone's power, it's a jutsu/summoning. Obito can kamui through chibaku tensei and easily kill his summons with fire jutsus. Also if you dont count Edo then Nagato is crippled meaning he will get his ass beat by Obito

Chibaku Tensei is a pretty OP jutsu. The SO6P created the moon with it and locked the Juubi with it. If landed successfully it will probably one shot most ninja.
