jirayia was not effected by sound illusion but pein (I know that jirayia and sage toads used illusion)

so I think that sound illusion will not work on people like Naruto Jirayia and Kabuto and they can create sound illusions too.The only exception is Tayuya from sound ( I think she have cursed seal on her that's why she is resistant to sound illusions)

Yes, they can alter their chakra balance with nature chakra to cause disturbance and free themselves from Gen.
In Jiraiya's case, he need not do that also, as in his SM, MA and Pa will be right over his shoulders and free him from any Genjutsu.

The page right before the first one you linked has kabuto specifically state why he is unaffected he uses the hozugaki technique to liquefy his body to take the sound and vibrations lightly and uses the snakes cornea to block light covering his vision.Sage mode does not automatically make you immune to sound based justu.Mistakes aside i seriously have no idea how you managed to miss that given the fact its the very page before the ones you presented /:

He has his sage mode on but he has multiple techniques going on at the same time.The liquefying part is the dna of the hozugaki clan.The abilities are working in tangem.
