They expect everything to be perfect, but Naruto is a long manga and has a lot of things that happened in it. It would be very hard for Kishi to keep up with every single detail. Mistakes happen.

Give the guy some credit, he's been doing this forever! It's his life's work, and I guarantee he puts every ounce of thought into each chapter to make it as entertaining and suspenseful for us as he can.
