Yes, Naruto = Ashura, thats correct. BUT, Madara = Indra. Not Sasuke.

Yh but you could say Ashura's tailed beast mode has two faces as opposed to Naruto's who has only one face and yet Naruto is still the reincarnation of Ashura !

In other words, I don't think something minor like horns or other minor variations between Madara's and Indra's Susanoo necessarily mean Madara isn't the reincarnation of Indra

Sasuke might still be the reincarnation of Indra. Remember way back when Naruto told Sasuke that the only way they could understand each other is by exchanging attacks. I think the same think applies here, just as Indra and Ashura were never the same and were pretty much opposites and in the end the only think that happened was a fight between them, and hence this entire cycle of their chakra being passed down from generations is essentially an effort to finally reach an understanding between them and to finally truly understand each other. This could be personified by Sasuke and Naruto, and previously by Hashirama and Madara. It might just be that in his time Madara was the reincarnation of Indra, but in reality his time should have long been passed and he should now have been dead and so it is not his place in the current time to be the reincarnation of Indra.
