No i don;t think kakashi is unbeatable but I think people are doubting him because they don't want to admit how much he has grown since it would put him above other ninjas (Itachi) below him. Lets face it if Itachi had kumui and was warping hachib's we would never hear the end of it. Itachi would be called SOLO GOD. If naruto had kumui he would also be hailed as a god. Kumui is a top five jutsu in my book because of its many benefits and lack of weaknesses.
How to beat someone with kumui: Be fast so they can't use it on you, have kumui yourself, get lucky
Kumui strengths: instant K.O, immaterialize your body, teleportation, Its a pretty fast technique even minato barely kept up with it. People just want to argue because it is kakashi who has it.
So lets think even without kumui kakashi can compete (not win) with almost anyone. With Kumui you are dead in 3 seconds. No kakashi isn't as strong as the juubi but it just so happens he has a jutsu to defeat it(take the head), just like someone like minato could defeat kakashi but can't beat the juubi, kumui beats juubi but not minato.
Does this sound reasonable for everyone?
