People forgeting that sasuke know teleportation jutsu

After sasuke solo team 7 at orichimaru base,he was stop by orichimaru and kabuto for killing naruto and others because orichimaru wanted them alive to kill the akataski (major plot shield for naruto).Anyway sasuke ,orichmaru and kabuto teleported to another location .

The teleportation jutsu did not require any handseals or any ftg kunai or items like minato ,sasuke and other just disappear from the orichimaru base to another location.
I believe sasuke can use this teleportation jutsu in battle to take down any top ninja like naruto ,obito and madara.
