Which is different from the punch, focusing chakra to your muscles can allow super strength, Sakura has show this when lifting a boulder from Chiyo with one hand, yanking sasori, and with her natural strength. ( this can be proven too, just incase haters need facts). Tsunade uses it to lift gamabunta sword.

Chakra enhanced speed, no to be confused with the body flicker, Sakura and tsunade seem to be more destructive and allow greater jumps.

Chakra enhanced endurance, similar to kabutos yin wound destruction but more advanced, as it was able to tank a TBB in the novels, it allows users to withstand blow, I believe this is also which allow users shoes and hand to be durable. Byakugou seal is an application of CES, you just store it for 3 years straight.

Byakugou seal also grants the user the ability to of second sight, which Toneri uses by focusing his chakra in her foreheads, and tsunade used this ability to see a dead Kakashi despite being miles away.

Ground punch is a different jutsu for CES, it can be used close to mid range and contact is optional

Yes, which is probably why Shizune doesn't have strength because she lacks the chakra control , and shizune chakra control is in one of the higher tiers , surpasses the hyugga

Not it's listed as taijutsu, and tsunade trained Sakura in the entire art, her telling Sakura to just punch the ground is fanfic, you guy ignore the facts. Sakura literally was trains in evasive skills, avoiding blows, withstanding blows, self healing, precog, and all of this has to do with releasing and storing ones chakra

I feel like Gentle Fist the Gentle Fist and is definitely a Byakugan taijutsu primarily that also involves chakra enhancing. Congrats for knowing jutsu from characters other than Sakura Haruno though. Unless ofc, you have an essay explaining how Sakura has Byakugan or something.
