The highest his power can get without senju dna is at EMS Madara's level.

Naruto can also spam techs and Sasuke doesn't have the stamina Naruto possess. Last time they fought, Naruto's kyuubi cloak and Sasuke's cursemark was both hurting them, so they went in for the final blow. This time, there is nothing holding them both down. Naruto can outlast Sasuke and he also has powerful destructive techniques...

Where as Sasuke's most desctructive technique is Kirin...

The only underrated ones in this damn base are supporting characters with less screentime. Naruto may be underrated in a sense, but you are making yourself absurd by under rating Sasuke. Naruto defeated 3 Tailed Beast and matched the 5 Tailed Beast's power, which is still a significant feat. He did not defeat Obito and Madara.

If you bring in Hashi along with the other Kages... he'll most likely help Naruto which gives Naruto a higher chance of winning.
