That madara being impaled by BZ is a plothole. I mean how in the world is this a plothole why would madara expect his will to betray him?? If he knew and dodged BZ's attack THIS would be a plothole! So logically he musn't know BZ will betray him! PERIOD!!!

It's neither a plot hole nor an inconsistency. BZ likely has both Kamui eyes now which Madara was earlier unable to counter the speed of and he touched the ground, which is Black Zetsus's territory and stated he couldn't move. Furthermore, being that he believed Zetsu was his own will, there would be no reason for him to be cautious of him. Finally, Madara was drunk with victory and already half insane.

BZ's power most likely depends on who's body he's using.

He was using a white zetsu body when he fought chojurou, was using rinnegan obito's body when he fought Kakashi and Minato, and was using double MS Obito's body after Obito took some rikudou senjutsu from madara.

So perhaps that would explain his ability to punch a hole in madara's chest.

It's because people think black zetsu(kaguya)was that powerful all along...i think kaguya's will became that powerful only after madara absorbed the shinju and with it kaguya's will.in that way kaguya transferred her will into black zetsu...i dont think BZ was kaguya all along...only after madara absorbed her will along with the shinju
