We haven't gotten an explanation yet people think Tobi is Obito because of his body. The Timeline does not make sense.

Not only did Kishi confirm Tobi is infact Obito. He confirmed he doesn't give a **** about the timeline by making Minato hokage before Obito even died.

That was an artist mistake. Also Kishi isn't the only one who draws the manga so his asistance could have drawn that part.
