Eyo Vex-sama! You ready? Cause, well, you ain't got no choice. Penguin forms the bird hand seal and releases his chakra about one meter from the opponent in four different places. The first place would be in front of the opponent about eye level, the second and third would be rib cage level on the left and right, and lastly one meter behind the anus. After releasing the chakra into these places, thirteen golf ball sized penguins made of water start to form. These penguins are razor sharp to the touch, and immediately converge on you, shredding you to pieces.

As the Penguins begin to converge on Vex's body, he would wait until they were mere inches from his body, although he would not allow them to touch him. He releaces a forceful pressurized burst of Sulphur from every point of his body, which instantly evaporates the penguins.

Description: By channeling sulphur chakra to any part(s) of their body, the user is able to emit sulphur from that location to envelop it in a highly condensed coating of volcanic gas which hover centimeters above their body. This coating can severely burn through the opponent's skin giving them 4th degree burns which extend through the skin, into underlying fat, muscle and bone upon substantial contact. Momentary contact will only result in slight burns (1st Degree) while more prolonged contact will significantly worsen the severity of the victim's burns. This technique can be applied various parts of the body, the whole body at once or alternatively the user can channel the sulphur chakra into an external object to provide it with a coating of sulfuron like Kakashi does with Raikiri. If that method is applied to a projectile then the infused object can only travel up to Mid Range before the coating dissipates. Alternatively, when this technique is used on one's self the coating can be forced to erupt outwards in a radial manner, carrying any substances previously on the user's clothes or body along with it. When this variant is used, it can be achieved very quickly, allowing this technique to be used extremely quickly and minimize any damage afflicted to the user. This technique was developed should the user himself ever be covered in a constricting substance (vines, vegetation, etc). To an outside observer, the technique appears to be a sudden yet forceful burst of pressurized sulphur gas which is released from the user's body. The chassis of sulphur is comprised of highly condensed sulphur which means the user/opponent is not at risk of inhaling it.

As the penguins become evaporated by the sulphur, Penguin claps his hands together and slams them down on the ground, which causes a pool of water to be formed under Vex. The water then explodes upwards, causing Vex to be shot into the air. The pool of water the forms into bullets the shoot up at Vex, battering and bruising him in mid air. Then the water bullets form into a dragon which bites down on Vex, and slams him into the ground, about ten meters away from Penguin.

It was fun while it lasted. I bet you hear that a lot, haha! Penguin then channels his doton chakra under Vex as he is slammed onto the ground by the water dragon. Spikes then protrude from the ground, skewering Vex's head, chest, and anus. This would totally kill him.

Description: The will clap his hands and slam them on the ground, creating a large pool of water that gushes upwards lifting the opponent into the air. After firing the enemy into the air, pool of water shoots numerous water bullets at the (now airborne) enemy while the user does the Bird → Dog → Snake → Rat hand seals which forms the water in the pool into a water dragon which attacks the target, grabbing it and forcefully bringing it crashing into the ground. Tobirama Senju does this technique with his own specific hand seals, similar to how he does some other water techniques.
