Oi Ragna...it has been a long time. Care for a little game before we depart? Alright, I will start on three. One....two!
Penguin channels chakra into the ground under Ragna and causes water to form under him. The water then forms a sphere, with Ragna in the center of it. This would cause Ragna to start drowning, and Penguin awaits his friend's defensive measure against this attack.

Seeing the water starting to appear beneath him Ragna unsheathed two of his nine swords and unleashed a vortex of wind that would surround his body and and push the water away from him and then with the other blade slash diagonally as the sword was being drawn to unleash a crescent wave of chakra straight toward Penguin so. Sheathing both blades Ragna lit his cigar and awaited Penguins next move. Lets see how good you are.

As Penguin sees the wind blow away his water, he channeled his doton chakra under his opponent. This caused a pillar of rock to raise Ranga's left foot some, throwing him off balance and sending his sword slash nowhere near Penguin.
(Doton No Jutsu) - Earth Release Technique
Sorry for this! Penguin then claps his hands together and forms the dog hand seal. This caused rain clouds to form and it started raining. Then a wave is formed behind Ranga that sweeps him off his feet. Still maintaining the seal, the water starts constricting Ranga, while sucking the chakra out of him until Ranga is sucked dry.
(Suiton: Uramiame no Jutsu) - Water Release: Grudge Rain Technique

The large amount of rain falling all around can then be turned into a large wave of water which sweeps the enemy off their feet while wrapping around him and binding him in the flow of water around him. While the targets are trapped in the water, their chakra will slowly be drained away. The water vortex can be sustained and controlled for up to two turns as long as the user keeps the dog hand seal made.

Feeling the ground shift beneath his feet Ragna channeled his Raition chakra throughout his body (Causing the area beneath him to not be manipulated) and then used the ground as a medium to channel the Nagashi toward Penguin. With him dealing with that Ragna created a smoke clone behind him.

Description: This jutsu allows the user to generate non-focused electricity from their body. It can be used as an omnidirectional attack or be channeled through weapons, the ground or other conductive mediums. Because the electricity isn't focused, it doesn't kill on contact, instead it has great numbing and paralyzing effects. To channel Nagashi through a medium, the user needs to focus the technique into one of his hands which will then be put in contact with the medium and can only choose to either do a widespread attack throughout his whole body or to channel it into something; he cannot achieve both usages at the same time. Despite not having much destructive or damaging properties, Nagashi can be used to destroy low rank earthen and wooden structures and even negate chakra on the ground to stop high ranked earth and wood techniques. It has also been noted that Lightning Specialists that have mastered Lightning to the highest degree can resist total paralyzation, although they still feel the pain and numbing effects.
Note: Paralyzation lasts 1 turn if sucessful but is ineffective against bios who have a primary Lightning Specialty

Go for the kill you say? Fine by me, Ranga. Your legend shall be kept and spread with and by us. Penguin then bites his thumb and slams it on the ground, which summons Skyrus. Skyrus then flies up into the air with Penguin on his back, avoiding the nagashi and going into long range.

Penguin quickly performs the seven hand seals needed since fire is his specialty, and exhales a thin jet of flames that reach the ground and continue towards you. Once the flames hit the ground, they would expand. But as Penguin exhales the katon, Skyrus opened his mouth and exhaled a hurricane. The hurricane hit the flames and exploded into a maelstrom of fire, lighting Ranga up and turning him into ash.

He is a bit smaller than Gamabunta but he is a fierce opponent. He can fly up to speeds of 70miles. He mastered the wind element back in Celestia The Home of the Blue Jays. Skyrus is able to use Wind Techs S-Ranks and below without the need for hand seals and is unaffected by Wind Jutsu's Rank C and below.
