Description: The user will channel their raiton chakra into their hand and stretch it outwards, resulting in a flash of light to appear. Once the flash of light dissipates after a quick moment, two human sized penguins made of raiton can be seen on the immediate sides of the opponent. This is done because the raiton penguins travel from the user's location all the way to the opponent via running at average speed. Anything in the middle of the penguins would be stunned for a short while as the user dashes as fast as they can towards the stunned target to perform a numerous amount of slashes with their sword. After performing the combo, the user will channel raiton chakra into their sword once more and thrust it at the opponent and release it upon making contact, resulting in the opponent getting thrown meters away at high speeds with unfocused raiton crackling over their body.

Many things great with this jutsu.The blinding light prevents the average ninja from viewing what you are trying to do. The penguins can use this as cover as they make their way to the enemy. By the time the enemy sees the penguins he would have to have a pretty fast attack to counter both of them simultaneously as they will already be at his sides. By heading straight for the enemy you will also limit his ability to counter you effectively by limiting his options. This could be used against Suiton users as well to electrocute them should the be in the midst of making contact with Suiton, or rather than that, you could make suiton and then uses this to further electrocute the enemy. Basically, this multi pronged attacks, reduces your own openings through angles of attack and blinding light. Good jutsu

Description: Manipulating a large amount of Raition chakra the user will perform three handseals and channel their built Raiton chakra into the sky creating the image of what looks to be a masked face in the sky about the size of the Earth Dropping lid. After they complete this using the immense amount of chakra the user will then send the visage crashing down upon the enemy with a great impact destroying everything mid-long range. The force at which the attack exerts, damages the user a little bit, along with the immense strain of using such a powerful and chakra taxing attack. The user must make sure they are not within the range of the core of this attack less they be caught in the destruction. After the attack is created a giant crater 15 meters deep can be seen at the area of attack. If the user uses this mid range from the opponent the user will be blown back to long range due to the force of the attack.

So I got to be about long range away from the opponent to use this to take minimal damage? Just kind of a big ass blast of raiton that comes down from the air, destroying almost everything in it's path. Damn bruh. That is some nice stuff. ;-;
