Description: After performing the Bird hand seal, the user releases chakra one meter away from the opponent, in as many as four different spots. The chakra in the air starts gathering moisture, forming many golf ball sized penguins up to fifty count at once. The penguins themselves may be small, but are as sharp as razors. The penguins then charge/descend at the opponent as soon as they take form.

*Melissa performs the bird hand seal and focuses her chakra right above a nearby tree. The moisture in the air begins to gather and water the size of golf balls start to form. Seconds later, they start to fall and take the shape of penguins with razor-sharp beaks. Upon hitting the tree, they slice it in several different places, taking off several small branches and gashing the tree violently*

Good. But the whole penguin is razor sharp. Not just the beak sweet stuff. :|

Alright. Sorry it took so long to respond... Busy week for me, Anyway...

Description: The user makes three hand seals and focuses their suiton chakra into their hips, making a ring of water around the user's waist. From here, the ring can be extended from short range, to mid range and can be exploited to have multiple, very sharp water spikes all around the ring. These spikes can reach up to a foot long and can either face up, down or outward. This is used to stop (or make the tai/ken moves risky for the opponent) incoming taijutsu/kenjutsu attacks from the front, behind, side or above and to stop underground jutsu that involves the opponent coming up beneath the user.
Note - Only lasts for three turns and then after use, must wait three turns to put into effect again
Note - Can only be taught by Moxxi

I'm going to send four clones after you, one after another. Use the jutsu and and manipulate it's spikes accordingly.

*Melissa makes four water clones. The first goes underground and tries to attack you from below, the second heads straight for you, the third jumps up and comes from above, and the second one appears from behind to attack you*

All you need to do is use the spikes firstly, facing down, secondly, straight outward, thirdly, straight up and fourthly, straight outward again. Let's see what you got.

Penguin watches as the girl makes four bunshins. The clones then come at him, trying to hit him from every angle. Smart girl... Penguin then molds his spiritual and physical energies, forming chakra. He then thinks about water and it's properties, giving his chakra a suiton nature. He then channels the chakra in his hips. Using shape and nature manipulation, he turns the chakra in his hips into a ring water around his hips. The ring then has tons of spikes protruding from the ring. As the clones get closer, Penguin extends the ring until it is about one foot from each clone, and then each spike impales a clone by going up, down, frontwards, and behind.

Katon/Fuuton: Moeru Yōna Pengin no Bāningu ha Ω Fire/Wind Style: Burning Leaves of the Flaming Penguin

Description: If the user is in a forest, they can begin to start gathering katon chakra. Once that is done, they insert that chakra into leaves around the opponent. With those leaves now beginning to burn and smoke, the user flashes the bird hand seal and begins to cause a gust to occur by the opponent. This gust would not only blow the leaves off the trees towards and around the opponent, but the wind would also increase the fire's heat and move the smoke from the leaves around. This would cause the opponent major annoyances and small burns if the leaves around him touch their skin.

Well, I believe it can only be used in a forest but ignoring that, you emit your katon chakra into the leaves surrounding your opponent which then they will begin to burn. You will then emit your fuuton chakra near the opponent to create gusts of winds that will blow the leaves off the trees and towards your opponent and making the flames even stronger. This will also raise more smoke to impair your opponent's vision and annoy them.
