[Suggestion] Pending Village request .

If there is anybody on here like me who have to wait ages to be accepted into a village you might change your mind. And if you have a pending village request you should be able to deny it yourself instead of waiting for the kage to deny you .

this might get resolved soon but for the time being, just VM/PM the kage of the village you weren't accepted into yet and ask him to decline you. that or wait to be aceppted.
