Re: Katon with noni1997

I have a few questions about these techniques. Can the second technique's pillars be made one in front of the other? And how many fireballs can be made with the last technique before becoming weaker in power, at each rank?

Oh, and what about learning Fire Release Co-Operation Technique: Garuda? I do have Shadow Clones.

Perform the technique: Kneading a considerable amount for chakra within his lungs, Ithnan then expels it all whilst applying nature transformation to have it assume the form of a large fireball. As it reaches the intended target, it burst outwards in a manner reminiscent of a fiery maelstrom, incinerating everything within its reach.
Creative uses/strengths: The technique, itself, is fairly straightforward, however, it could easily be enhanced by some compressed wind techniques or earth techniques that restrict the opponent's movements. The perks of this technique is that it requires no hand-seals, so combinations should be quite easy as it's not a stream.
Drawbacks/counters: It's simplicity means that the opponent shouldn't have trouble coming up with an appropriate defense. Sure, it'll burst into maelstrom of fire upon coming in proximity with the opponent, but until it reaches the proper distance it's still merely a large fireball. A water technique of similar rank will be able to overpower it.

Perform the technique: Kneading chakra within his left leg, Ithnan then stomps it down upon the ground with force. The chakra moves through the ground before concentrating itself in three evenly space out sections before bursting upwards to appear as large, fiery pillars of intense flames.
Creative uses/strengths: The pillars can serve as a timely defense, and seriously wound an unsuspecting opponent. To use it in most battles, I'd likely blind the opponent with a genjutsu before using the technique. Once the pillars have been made, a wind technique could be used to carry the flames in a desired direction, say towards a fleeing opponent.
Drawbacks/counters: The only drawback is that the opponent will be able to feel some heat before the pillars emerge.

Perform the technique:Building up a large amount of chakra within his body, Ithnan then expels it all from his mouth in the form of several extremely hot fireballs with the appearance of dragons' heads. They streak across the land towards their intended target and blow through everything too weak to fully resist their impact.
Creative uses/strengths: The sheer number of fireballs, with great range, means that the opponent can't really rely on evasive techniques for safety. It requires a single hand-seal and can easily be used in conjecture with wind techniques.
Drawbacks/counters: The more fireballs, the weaker each becomes. Water techniques with great expansiveness can easily block/overpower the incoming fireballs. One could also hide underground and avoid all the incoming shots.

Okay so for your first question, I personally do not see why not. As long as they are spaced evenly, if it was me I would not mind and I actually think it is quite creative if you try to manipulate it like that.

Second it usually goes like this, 1 fireball= A-Rank, 2= B-Rank, 4= C-Rank, 6= D-Rank. If you send an odd number it goes towards the larger rank so sending 3 fireballs= B-Rank. Not C-Rank.

Lastly because believe it or not I don't have shadow clones, so I'm not qualified to teach it to you since I myself can not use it, I apologize for that.

Now as I said that concludes A-Ranks, come up with another list now please :) 1-5 with an explanation.

Re: Katon with noni1997

Don't worry about the Garuda technique, I'm thankful for learning all the other techniques. ^_^

Fire Release: Great Fire Flame Pillars Technique - I like that this technique can simultaneously be both a defensive and offensive move, and that utilizing a wind technique with it could change the initial form of the technique and become even more offensive, and in a highly fluid manner.

Fire Release: Dragon Flame Release Song Technique - It's fast and each fireball is practically solid, so it can blast through weak defenses and move on to strike an opponent. In increasing the number of fireballs, the power goes down, but that hints at it being something tailored to the situation, it's particularly useful against more than one opponent.

Fire Release: Intelligent Hard Work - It has a lot of raw power and solid range, especially when used with a wind technique. I liked it when Kakuzu used it via his masks against Kakashi and co.

Fire Release: Hellfire Technique - This technique, initially, is fairly straightforward. That being said, if the opponent waits for it to come within close proximity of them, it change its form into a maelstrom. With something like Earth Release: World Shaking, the opponent could momentarily be distracted/fall and then it'd be too late form them to do much.

Fire Release: Dust Ignition Technique - Basically a slightly modified variation of Intelligent Hard Work. For some situations, especially with allies, it may be more viable an option. Also, instances where the terrain has been altered to my advantage, I could limit the destruction to a more reasonable amount them some other powerful fire techniques.

Re: Katon with noni1997

(Katon: Goen no Jutsu) - Fire Release: Great Flame Technique
Rank: S
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra Cost: 40
Damage Points: 80
Description: The user does one handseal and inhales while molding a great amount of chakra into their lungs and expelling a large stream of flames from their mouth. The user has control over the concentration of the technique, being able to produce a narrow jet of flames, highly concentrated or one that will widen along its range. The flames are hot enough to quickly evaporate large quantities of water within a relatively short amount of time.

Okay very simple, the user will perform one hand seal and inhale a large stream of fire towards the opponent from their mouth. Its stream technique so you will have to constently send the fire towards an opponent. This technique those gives great freedom on its manipulation, the opponent can condense it creating a narrow jet of flames that burns on impact and aims for attacker though easier to evade but travels faster also you can see around the narrow jets, or a wide spread which can engulf the opponent and take out more then one enemy as well make it harder for evasion since it covers a wider range but you will not be able to see around the stream of fire. Funny thing is it only travels up to short-mid range for both releases you send. This is great as a finisher of combos or can distract the opponent pushing them back.

(Katon: Bakuryugeki) - Fire Release: Exploding Dragon Strike
Rank: S
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 40
Damage points: 80
Description: The user through use of one their scrolls will summon a large flame dragon that is directed towards the enemy target and explodes upon impact.

The user takes out a scroll and sends a fire chakra towards it and releases it forward sending a large dragon towards the opponent which explodes on impact. This is a projectile based technique so its combo friendly right when the dragon is released, its easy to counter though when a opponent takes out a scroll that is the window for attack since it might take some time and a fast opponent can take advantage of that small window, for you try to gain some time with a distraction or supplementary jutsu like genjutsu can or binding techniques. Its rather basic and has little effort in performing it. Ways to counter would include a type of evasion as well as strong defense. Mainly due to it being straightforward and aiming at you. You can supplement the power with a wind jutsu to have it travel further. It is different compared to other techniques since it explodes on contact which burns the opponent thrusts them back.

(Katon Kuchiyose no Jutsu: Hitora Bakufu) - Fire Release Summoning Technique: Fire Tiger Explosion
Rank: S
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 40
Damage points: 80
Description: The user summons a tiger made of flames from a scroll, directing it towards the target, and attaching itself onto the target and explode causing massive damage on detonation making it similar to a paper bomb.

The user takes out a scroll and sends a fire chakra towards it and releases it forward sending a large tiger towards the opponent which explodes on impact. This is a projectile based technique so its combo friendly right when the tiger is released, its easy to counter though when a opponent takes out a scroll that is the window for attack since it might take some time and a fast opponent can take advantage of that small window, for you try to gain some time with a distraction or supplementary jutsu like genjutsu can or binding techniques. Re: Katon with noni1997

Perform the technique: Upon kneading a great deal of chakra within his throat, Ithnan then exhales it all whilst applying nature transformation. As the chakra is released, it becomes a fiery stream of intense flames that starts off concentrated, before gradually expanding under Ithnan's intent focus.
Creative uses/strengths: It's ability to change in size is fairly useful, along with being only one hand-seal and very powerful. I might use it as a follow-up to Earth Release: Earth Flow River, after knocking the opponent off balance/away.
Drawbacks/counters: Given that this technique is a stream, it will be hard to quickly form combinations. Only powerful, A/S-Rank techniques can safely deal with this technique and then overpower it (canon-wise elements).

Perform the technique: Reaching for a particular scroll, Ithnan quickly grabs it and begins to stream a great deal of chakra into before unfurling it and sending a fiery dragon out from it.
Creative uses/strengths: It's a fairly fast projectile technique, with great power. It can easily be used in conjecture with such things as most wind techniques, earth techniques that restrict movement, and genjutsu that negates visual capabilities. Given there's little effort in initiating the technique, it is quite easy to use.
Drawbacks/counters: It's very straightforward and requires a scroll, which will easily put the opponent on guard. A fast water technique can easily counter the technique.

Re: Katon with noni1997

(Katon: Gōka Mekkyaku) - Fire release: Great Fire Majestic Annihilation
Rank: S
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 40
Damage points: 80
Description: A technique where the user makes the horse hand seal and then kneads chakra inside his body which is then converted into fire and expelled from the mouth as a massive wall of intense flames, which covers an expansive range in both vertical and horizontal dimensions, making it extremely difficult to avoid. However, due to its massive width and height, the technique is not one of the fastest seen so far.

A dangerous and powerful katon jutsu made famous by Madara uchia. The user will keen a large amount of katon chakra and send a stream of intense and powerful flames towards the opponent which they rush through the ground making it act as a medium burning it with serious damage. It spreads a very wide range and burns everything in its path as well as able to move a long range towards the opponent. A great terrain changer you can easily destroy trees and evaporate water, a finisher jutsu in combinations as well or forcing the opponent to go on the defense. This is also a distracter type jutsu to lure a opponent out of position and push him back. A big downside to the jutsu is due to the large wall of flames it travels quite slow so it can be countered as it moves and you will not be able to see through or around the flames neither. A dangeroud jutsu indeed due to the sheer power it has.

(Katon: Gōka Messhitsu) - Fire Release: Great Fire Destruction
Rank: S
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 40
Damage points: 80
Description: A technique where chakra kneaded inside the body is converted into fire, and then expelled from the mouth in a massive stream of intense flames, after doing the Rat → Ox → Dog → Horse → Monkey → Boar → Tiger hand seals. The technique has an enourmous range and can cover a huge area. When it was used by Madara Uchiha, the massive scale of the technique was such that, in comparisson, his incomplete Susanoo seemed small. The main advantage of the technique is that it can be used to burn large areas in an effect in everything similar to a flamethrower.

Another jutsu Madara Uchia made famous and very similar. The user will gather large amount of katon chakra and perform 7 hand seals, which is quite a lot, after that the user will spew the fire from their mouths towards the opponent. This jutsu is very similar to Great Fire Majestic Annihilation since it can easily burn the terrain altering it as well as evaporate water sources and burn down trees. A huge difference is it moves much faster especially through the air and can go up to long range. Its size is massive which can help but also hinder the user because they won't see through or around the flames but it will be hard to evade and the opponent will need a serious defense. This jutsu uses the air as a medium so it can be used in any area of the terrain.

(Katon: Gōkakyū Hitoame no Jutsu)Fire Release: Great Fireball Shower
Type: Offensive
Rank: S-Rank
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 40
Damage: 80
Description:
Kneading his chakra and then converting it to fire, the user will do the Horse → Tiger → Snake → Ram hand seals as he inhales, exhaling into the sky a multitude of great fireballs (up to 8) at the same time which then rain down on the target from above causing severe, widespread damage around the field. These fireballs have explosive and concussive abilities, similar to other fire techniques.

One of the most dangerous techniques, the user will perform the necessary hand seals and gather katon chakra in their mouths, they will then release from their mouths large fireballs into the sky. The user is able to send up to 8 fireballs in total and will act to rain down up on the field around the opponent. This is a powerful technique but takes some time to fully release especially if you send more then one fireball. Its great to use in a mist area to send random attacks. Each of the fireballs have explosive property and as it lands it will cause a small explosion this can also alter the terrain creating craters and burning terrain features. This is great to send many attacks towards the opponent to force them in a tough situation and evasion is very tough. You can attack more then one opponent as well with the fireball. The fireballs move at long range as well, also the more you send the more the weaker the fireballs will get.

Re: Katon with noni1997

Perform the technique: Upon kneading a great deal of chakra within his lungs and forming the horse hand-seal, Ithnan exhales it all in the form of a massive wall of fire that expands outwards in a great blaze of intense flames. It sweeps across the land and devastates everything it comes into contact with.
Creative uses/strengths: It boats immense power and range, so to overcome its relative slowness, something like Earth Release: Swamp of the Underworld could be used before the fire technique. Also, having a clone or the proper summoning could allow for it to be used in conjecture with a wind technique, which would be incredibly powerful and fast.
As powerful as this technique is, it only requires a single hand-seal.
Drawbacks/counters: It's a stream technique, so I'd have to maintain it until it reaches the opponent. Due to the sheer size of the technique, it would be virtually impossible to keep track of the opponent once the technique is in use. Only very powerful water techniques can have any hope in overpowering the technique, though some earth techniques may block it.

Perform the technique: After making a series of hand-seals: Rat -> Ox -> Dog -> Horse -> Monkey -> Boar -> Tiger, Ithnan then releases a great deal of accumulated chakra from his mouth in the form of a powerful strew of intense flames.
Creative uses/strengths: The user creates a faster, somewhat more concentrated version of Fire Release: Great Fire Majestic Annihilation, which boasts the same power and range. I might use this technique as a follow-up to Earth Release: Antlion Technique, where the opponent would be below me trying to escape the vortex before being incinerated.
Drawbacks/counters: It requires far more hand-seals than Fire Release: Great Fire Majestic Annihilation, so the opponent who is close enough will easily be aware that technique is being initiated. They'd the advantage of quickly going on the offensive and perhaps force the user to change tactics.

Perform the technique:Upon making a series of hand-seals: Horse -> Tiger -> Snake -> Ram, the user exhales a great amount of chakra into the sky whilst applying nature transformation. Assuming the form of eight large fireballs, they all streak across the terrain in an arc descent before coming crashing down and exploding, causing fiery devastation.
Creative uses/strengths: Like the others, it boasts immense power and great range. The user can make several powerful fireballs that streak in an arc through the sky. With numbers, they can be quite expansive especially that they explode upon impact. To truly pressure the opponent, I might have a clone use the hidden mist technique whilst I use Earth Release: Swamp of the Underworld, before finally unleashing the fire technique upon a confused/restricted opponent.
Drawbacks/counters: It requires four hand-seals, so it's in between the other two techniques for speed. It may be most practical wait for all the fireballs to be unleashed and then shift range, or conceal oneself under the ground.

Re: Katon with noni1997

Fire Release: Great Fireball Shower - I liked when Madara first used it in the manga/anime and as far as canon fire techniques go, I feel it is one of the best fire release techniques. It boasts great power, range, and numbers.

Fire release: Great Fire Majestic Annihilation - Perhaps what I've always considered the epitome of fire release techniques, it offers not just great reach but almost excessive expansiveness. In the manga/anime, this technique seemed like a curtain of death as it took several shinobi to defend against its impending approach.

Fire Release: Great Fire Destruction - Nearly as impressive as the previous technique, it too boasts phenomenal power and range. Though it requires several hand-seals, it is considerably faster than Great Fire Majestic Annihilation.

Fire Release: Exploding Dragon Strike - This technique offers a different approach to most fire techniques, as it requires the use of a scroll. In place of any hand-seals, it can be quite fast and deceptive in its overall strength, seeing as it is an S-Rank technique. I also like that it assumes the form of a dragon and explodes upon impact.

Fire Release Summoning Technique: Fire Tiger Explosion - This technique offers a different approach to most fire techniques, as it requires the use of a scroll. In place of any hand-seals, it can be quite fast and deceptive in its overall strength, seeing as it is an S-Rank technique. I also like that it assumes the form of a tiger and explodes upon impact.
