I'm pretty sure that BM is going to kick Pekoms out of the crew for betraying her, so she wouldn't care that the SHs saved Zou.

How did he betray her though? He also seems to be one of the more important/trusted members since we keep seeing him when Big Mom things happen. Bege will lie to her when he gets back to make it seem like Pekoms fault but when she hears from Pekoms that Bege ambushed him she'll realize Capone is trying to fly under the radar and take her out.

True but disobeying an order isn't really equivalent to betrayal, he is still loyal to BM he just chose to over look this one instance because it was personal for him, it's not as if he sided with Luffy against BM.
