In 4-tails mode, Naruto was WAY too fast for Orochimaru; he just couldn't react.

Pein's God Realm has a 5 second waiting period in its abilities. In 6-tails mode, Naruto would most likely barely be affected by God Realm's gravitational abilities, and even if Naruto is, he'll just zoom up in the 5 second period, and own God Realm in less than 1 second.

That is, unless Pein's rinnegan has some bijuu-controlling abilities like the sharingan (which it probably does), and assuming that Pein's chakra-blades no longer have any effect on Naruto's chakra system (which they probably do.)

I think Naruto will win.

My theory is that the ability that Itachi gave Naruto was the sharigan's trait of controlling bijuu, so he can control his powers and defeat pain.
