Everybody noticed that Pein has a lot of peircing and use a dark coloured chakra blade to cut his enimes. Surprisingly not only his 6 bodies have these piercing, but also the summonings!
Probably Nagoto uses this chakra blade of his to cut his enimes or who ever he wants to take control of. This is how he control different bodies and so many summons.
Look at this page, when the blade cuts Jiraiya, whe feels Nagato's presense and lose control of his chakra and body.
Hopefully very soon we are going to see all this in manga in details.
