100 puppets Could possibly cover the shared vision of the paths but then deva would shinra them all. itachi can possibly cut up a few paths with susano but tire out. Soo i guess pain wins

im for sasori and itachi because:
Itachi: susanoo, izanami, amatearsu, tsukuyomi, susanoo sealing tech
Sasori: 3rd kazekage puppet, iron samd release, 100 puppets tech,

half of all this techniques wont work against pain dude.

in naruto wikia it clearly says that deva path can only use:Banshō Ten'in
Chibaku Tensei
Shinra Tensei

you should start reading manga instead of looking it on naruto wikia because it'll just make you look dumb. in the manga, deva path summoned the gedo mazo, used rain maker jutsu, put genjutsu block and used shapeshifter jutsu as well.
