Water Prison Technique

This jutsu is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. Clones can be used in place of the actual person, provided that the clone is the one that performed the technique. This jutsu can't be performed without a sufficiently large body of water to supply the water for it. Neji Hyuga has been able to use his ability to release chakra from all of his pressure points to disrupt the flow of chakra inside the prison and break free. Despite the fact that the prison is made up entirely out of water, and the target is unable to move while within it, the target is still able to speak. However, the one imprisoned still has to maintain the ability to breathe.

The technique appears to require a lot of chakra to use easily, as Sasuke after using Orochimaru's oral escape skill, had to activate level two of his cursed seal to use the technique. This technique appears to be a combination of the Fire Release: Dragon Fire Technique and Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique though it's development is unknown. It is apparently extremely powerful as it is able to alter localized weather conditions to the point of making thunder clouds when shot into the air. This technique can also be used as a setup for Kirin when no clouds are available.

Kirin is a lightning technique that requires immense amount of chakra. It is an extremely powerful, one-shot technique that strikes in the blink of an eye. The user draws lightning directly from thunder clouds to supplement the power of his or her strike, and controls it with chakra. Because the the technique uses natural lightning as opposed to elemental chakra, its power easily outmatches all other Lightning Releases. Normally, jutsus are limited in power to the amount of chakra capacity any giver person has. Kirin, however, calls on the external lightning, which in terms of a lightning jutsu, makes it far superior to any other. However, the extreme preparation time required also decreases the technique's efficiency. This technique in the absence of active thunder clouds requires Fire Release: Great Dragon Fire Technique or other such techniques to produce the necessary storm conditions to initiate it.
To initiate a lightning storm, and then to take control of lightning in order to guide it to a target while using the shape manipulation shown above, drained even Sasuke of most of his chakra, in addition, usage seems to destroy the thunder clouds as the sky cleared up of clouds after use. As such, this technique can only be used once in a fight. However, natural lightning can reach a temperature of 30,000 ?C, so that even if it misses the target, the sizable blast will likely eliminate the enemy, if for some reason it does miss the user will be left vulnerable to attack meaning that it is important to NOT miss. Itachi withstood this technique by using Susano'o.

The user, emerging from the ground below the target area, pulls down (or possibly swaps places with) the opponent so that only their head is above ground. Kabuto tried to use this technique on Tsunade, but was unsuccessful in grabbing her.
It is actually unlikely that Kabuto was attempting to use this particular technique on Tsunade; instead, he was likely using his Chakra Scalpel to try to cut the tendons in her legs. This is more likely than actually using the Inner Decapitation Technique, since he successfully performed the scalpel technique on Shizune.

The Wind Release: Rasenshuriken is a variation of the Wind Release: Rasengan, similar to the Great Ball Rasengan being a variation of the standard Rasengan. By manipulating the wind chakra of the Wind Release: Rasengan, Naruto was able to create four large points, making the Rasengan appear as a giant shuriken, the Rasengan in the center remaining a perfect sphere. Despite the name, because the Rasengan is a hand held jutsu, the Rasenshuriken can not be thrown, instead Naruto has to figure out a way to get close enough to his opponent and hit them. If successful, the victim becomes trapped in a vortex of wind chakra blades that attack the body on a cellular level. The wind chakra severs the chakra and nerve channels in the body.
The main drawback of the Rasenshuriken is that it is a double-edged sword. While it can utterly defeat any opponent trapped in the vortex, it also damages the users body. When Naruto used the Rasenshuriken twice on Kakuzu, it resulted him with limited cellular damage and a few broken bones. The Fifth Hokage has hence decreed the Rasenshuriken as a Kinjutsu, forbidding it as it could cause Naruto unable to mold chakra at all and possibly causing paralysis if important bones of organs would be fractured.
