No its a Doton tech, Kakashi has done it numerous times, Doesn't matter anyway like you've said Nagato is a sensor and Chibaku Tensei basically pulls the ground up.

Kabuto can't take all 6 peins even with his speed once their vision is all connected it shouldnt be a problem, he would be fine with intel i guess like naruto
