6pop for Kabuto?
Kabuto has no edo tensei but has dragon sage mode.
Deva path is active and all other peins have full chakara
Kabuto only knows Preta path pein absorbs chakara, and which path summons. He must figure out the other 4 in battle.
Pein knows nothing, other than that Kabuto was with Orochimaru but does not know his jutsu capabilities.

Location: Destroyed Konaha.

Honestly im going to go for Pein, I honestly dont think anyone can take all 6 peins at once without help or plot no jutsu. All the peins all attacking at once and being thrown off by deva, fighting a ton of op summons, missles, ect ect. its just to much for most of the narutoverse to handle. With the exception of Madara, Hashirama, BM Naruto, and Obito(only cause of the tailed beasts). Tobirama may beable to, but we dont know his cabilities yet.

I do however think Kabuto would give Pein a extremely difficult battle.

Who do you think takes this?

DSM won't be enough against Pain
Kabuto loses
his only chance is genjutsu but it's almost impossibly to capture all the 6 paths at the same time so Pain wins

Pein wins in my opinion but kabuto has the skill do also pull it off. but 6/10 times with mid-high difficulty, pein wins.

Pein would win no questions asked the only way to defeat pain is with genjutsu and an extremely powerful one at that

As PainTotheEarth said, Kabuto was afraid of Obito's one rinnegan. What would be if he faces Pain's 12 rinnegans?

Pain wins the battle, that's for sure..

I don't know about Pain's chances against Kabuto it can honestly go either way. Pain is undoubtedly powerful enough to push Kabuto to his limits, but will Pain figure out Kabuto so easily? Kabuto is a bit of a nut, so i can see him lose mainly because of his overconfidence. Kabuto is dangerous even if you exclude the Edo Tensei. He has DSM, Sound 5, and Taka's power all embed into his being. Great thing about Kabuto is that he can heal himself through normal medical ninjutsu or oral rebirth, in case, Pain starts to get the better hand between him and Kabuto. Kabuto also has Tayuya's genjutsu which will be effect against him, since we all know that Pain's major weakness is Genjutsu. Also, Kabuto possesses Suigetsu's ability to become intangible to physical attacks that comes from Pain. In all honesty, Nagato actually stands more of a chance against Kabuto. My problem with Pain is not that he isn't weak, but he's just all around the field. Doesn't matter if you have six of them it's still a disadvantage for him as well. You see the more paths destroyed by his adversary. The less powerful he starts to become himself. Who knows Kabuto can possibly cover himself with Kimimaro's bones for extra protection against Pain's Shinra Tensei. Chibaku Tensei takes time to actually expand, maybe kill Pain before he actually tries it. Now Pain is all alone for instance, how can Kabuto lose? I also forgot to mention that Kabuto has Muki Tensei which he can pierce the paths if he wants too. I wouldn't rule out Pain, but Kabuto actually has a chance here. Not a large one but a chance is still better than no chance at all.

This may be the one fight where the paths stand a better chance then nagato, Kabuto's move set just cant take all of them down ..
