Pein summons

I don't know if it was explained in the manga or the anime but Does anybody know how all of peins summons have the rinnegan?

Probably because its the same with his Paths.
If the Paths summon the Creatures then they are directly linked to Pain as well.
But I'm quite unsure actually.

If you notice they all have the black chakra rods in them. This allows him to not only control them but gives them the rinnegan as well. Just as all of the dead bodies had the rinnegan, and all of the EDO Jin's were able to share Tobi's eyes.

They share similar vision or something like that.
Or it could be those rod's.

ok pain are being controlled by a rinnegan user right? that's Nagato.. so their eyes would just turn into rinnegan
