its like saying what would happen if you use a flamethrower on ace.
Sure, he would get burned but it would only benefit him( strengthen him).
If hancock uses her DF on him, it would act like a buff to him.
But all this is assuming there is only one type of stone.
We can have another approach , say there are different types of stones, and one stone is superior in quality/strength then other.
Its like comparison of two pizzas of different size and content.
So say if pika is only limited to transforming into rocks of a certain quality and can't go beyond it then it will all depend on hancock's petrification level.
If her DF petrifies the enemy into a rock of highest quality (the one which pika can't convert into) then hancock will immobilize him but if not, there is no effect on pika.
So it can all come down to what level of rocks one can use or in other words, how far have they mastered their devil fruit.
