Great work man, loved the read.

Chakra is a stolen power, what was stolen must be returned, only then can humanity free itself from the karmic cycle, and find the true path to peace.

I agree with the fact that stolen power must be returned in order to repent for their sinful activities. Few possible outcomes i can see :

o Chakra is returned back to the God Tree, and humans can work their way towards peace through their trials and errors (Guided by Hope). Although it would be the opposite of what Hagoromo wanted by teaching Ninshuu and connect people together from chakra

o The God Tree becoming nature energy itself in the world (Present in all living things - which could still connect them)

Open for comments :/

Cool idea, but would lead to a boring ending imo.

+rep for effort

Now that I think about it, if it was possible to work this just by wanting it then the Sage probably would have done it, it must require everyone in the world to turn to this idea in order for it to work, hence why the sage went around the world preaching Ninshou.

It will probably be the end goal of a decades long process of bringing people to this idea, my guess is that in the end Naruto becomes Hokage in order to guide the world to this state with Sasuke supporting him.

Imo currentlt peace achieved, the connection in the first image you posted is existent in how God tree connects people..

People's cacooned postions to God tree is in a way how people's chakra are connected, and they all have rinnegans.

That was the point I was trying to make. Everyone got the rinnegan and became connected through the Infinite Tsukuyomi, but it was like the dark-side of what Ninshu was intended to be.

Meaning it's possible for there to be unity, people having rinnegan, but also existing in the real world opposed to it being an illusion

It's the only morally correct way to end the series, what was stolen must be returned.

Return it to what? Shinju?

So you believe the Bijuu should become one with the tree as well?

This was very enjoyable read, so many possibilities, it's rather interesting to look at other ppl's perspective, amazingly put.

The sage opened this historical page himself, but not giving his legacy to both the brothers. It is a natural feelings that the one left out would feel resentment. Now that he has divided his legacy equally amongst his reincarnated sons, he has availed the chance to set right the wrong once again.

Yeah it did say in the tablet that opposing forces working together may establish true peace. But Madara refused to believe in that path with Hashirama and thought forced peace would be better.

I think whatever Madara did had a lot to do with Kaguya's will. Where did that come from? The Tablet perhaps?

Well he did say that after reading the tablet, he figured out another pathway to peace. But I wouldn't be surprised if Hagoromo mentioned what his mother did in the tablet as a way for people to be dismayed.

But like I said, if Ninshuu succeeded then everyone chakra would have been connected and would possibly have awakened the rinnegan in order to read the tablet together.

Because true peace hasn't been achieved yet through Ninshuu, Madara saw Infinite Tsukuyomi as a more reliable way to achieve it.

No, I am specifically talking about Kaguya's will only - the Black Zetsu. He must have come from somewhere and I have a feeling that the Tablet gave rise to it.

Well I wouldn't say everyone is connected in the infinite Tsukiyomi. I think that's one key difference between Ninshuu and Tsukiyomi.

Instead of everyone being connected to one another, everyone is connected to one thing. Or more precisely, one thing has wrapped itself on everyone. Instead of melding experience and understanding, everyone is locked in their own little fantasy.

The end results are technically the same, but Ninshuu does it by co-operation and understanding. Tsukiyomi does it by segregated assimilation.

That's the parallel I was trying to point out.

IT is a false connection and a false reality.

Ninshu is real connection and within the material world.

They're almost like the Yin and Yang of each other.

Perhaps after seeing Kaguya use IT, Hagoromo developed the idea for Ninshuu as an alternative?
