[Question] Peace at the end?

I am wondering how this war with the Quincies will end. In Naruto, the ultimate goal is to create peace and destroy hatred. In Bleach ,that isn't really discussed. However I can't imagine that it will end with the Shinigami wiping out the Quincies and saying "Yeah Quincies were evil so we annihilated them."
So will the Quincies be killed or will Ichigo and the Soul Society make peace with them at the end?

I think Urahara (probably misspelled his name lol) and Ichigo will form some kind of alliance and peace will return once more.... that or Ichigo fights him to the death.

Interesting question...There will never be true peace in Bleach really as Hollow's will always exist as will Shinigami's...however each of the characters will find their own peace in some way or form, like as for Ichigo I think after this whole war is over he'll permanently move to Soul Society and become a captain in the process finding his own peace being able to protect people.
