Remove ur RAM and reinstall it again........it might be loose or something and check the wires from power supply are perfectly fixed or not.......if the problem occurs again try to restore ur system through System Restore in ur PC because the problem may be due to an unknown software or program that u might not know about.......System Restore will Rewind ur PC to a previous date(which u can select) and Uninstall the programs except documents.....

Guys, thanks all for helping out. As of this moment, troubleshooting the PC is yet on hold. I know my bro's really pissed off on me already - hehehehe - its his PC actually. But I really had to set it aside in the moment. I have yet to perform posting the memory dumps and haven't had any success with it yet. Really busy over some other things. xd
