PC freeze during LoL

So sometimes when playing League of Legends (90% of cases during LoL) my computer randomly decides to freeze and the only way to unfreeze it is to turn it off and on again at the wall. My computer has no problems running LoL at all except for those random freezes. FPS is always perfect etc. so I'm wondering if anyone knows why this might happen and if it is fixable? This happens every 2-6 games, some times more than others, no noticeable pattern.

So if anyone could help with this, it would be appreciated.

Is this problem exclusive to League or is it occurring with other games?

Well the ranks should be down because elo and mmr is being reset for new Season so maybe thats a problem. To be honest though, I doubt its league, if you entire PC is shutting down then its your PC. Have you ever overclocked your CPU? Many people like to overclock their PS (which is dangerous if your a novice at it) and while most people do get better performance, your laptop overheats and the CPU is working at a higher temperature than its suppose to and it burns out your PC relatively fast (about 6-9 months) so that can be a problem. Get some compressed air and blow all the dust out of it, clean your fans. Run a systems diagnostic to see if any problems with software.

When it freezes, it's the whole pc but only seems to happen when I play LoL, nothing else really.

clean the dust and unninstall and install lol.
