Graphics Card: Sapphire AMD r9 270x

Mother Board M4A78LT-MLE

CPU
AMD FX8320

Case:

CiT Vanquish Gaming Case USB3 Toolless Side Window 2 x 12cm Blue LED Fans Retail

RAM

HyperX FURY Series 8GB (2x 4GB) DDR3 1866MHz CL10 DIMM Memory Module Kit - Black

powersupply 1000 wats.

Please read this before answering: I am trying to build a PC,I was wondering if all the parts would fit and work together one thing to put extra notice to is the fact that I was going to use the Msi 970A-G43 AMD motherboard , however I already have the M4A78LT-MLE(save money) and was wondering will the PC still run with this mother board and if so will it run at it's best(not hold it back)?

I know you are all busy, but It really would be great help if you helped me and I really would appreciate it. Thanks in advance!

DO not get AMD!!!!!

AMD is awesome for budget gaming. It's cheaper and when overclocked it can compete with intel without any issues. As far gaming goes... it changes nothing.

OT: I had the MSI 970A G43, it fried... don't trust MSI boards with FX cpus as they are power hungry .

Idc If it fries after 2 months, I am selling it but will the build work with a M4A78LT-MLE?

Yeah for short term with no intention of upgrading in the future. You can put together a decent budget Intel gaming set up with a lot of room for future upgrade.

It will work but it would damage the board or even fry it after a while...

Why upgrade when you can overclock it ?

overclocking is kool and all. But I don't like doing it all the time. I like my tech to have the ability to go Super Sayian 3, but don't need the need to do so.

AMD still offers less bang for buck and overclocking inevitably reduces the lifespan of the CPU so in the long run, the savings are neglible to non-existent. Besides, overclocking can't mirror the other advantages of Intel chips.

To the people saying NVIDA or Intel CPU are better, do you have any replacements for similar price with same or better performance?

Also I have decided to buy
Msi 970A-G43 AMD

That's a false statement. AMD is the best if you are on a super tight budget and can't afford stuff as expensive as Intel for your new PC. Moreover, if you are on a really tight budget, like really tight, there are the APU series that are super cheap while provide more than decent performance graphically at the same time.

Example would be A4-6300.

If you on a tight budget, don't build a gaming pc at all. Save the money. But yeah I always look at AMD as a product for desperate people or people who really don't use the computer a lot.

The FX8320 is a powerful processor, sufficient for any amount of gaming currently. So klet's see, what do wish to use your PC for? If gaming, What needs to be focused on is your GPU, the r9 270x can handle a lot of games till 2014 perfectly, save up and get at least an r9 280x. Also r9 270x and a 1000w PSU, you don't need that much, even with dual r9 270's. Unless you wanna fit a titan or Tesla/quadro in it, even then it seems overkill.

If it's just general computing, minor video editing, moderates games (if you like to play oldies even most newer ones) and so forth, you are set, my friend

You're an autist. And this is coming from an Intel and Nvidea user.

Would you know an alternative cpu for a similar price then?

For a similiar price you can get an i5 4460, but even so however, the FX 8320 beats in benchmarks using all cores (geekbench and passmark) lacking in individual core performance only slightly behind the 4460, so no stick with that processor, you're good, and hurr 8 cores.

AMD for their prices provide remarkable performance.

Yes I understand that since I intend to sell the PC on a gaming bases I need to concentrate on GPU so I though what about Geforce 960, I think as a potential customer a Geforce product would be more appealing as it has the best history of delivering great graphics cards and also the 960 is stronger than 270x.

Now to ask.... will an intel i5 fit my motherboard along with a Geforce 960 xD

Yeah I have dual gtx 960's in SLI. They are great and power efficient, and to add the maxwell architecture provides newer AA forms for a lot of titles and DX12 support.

It will, nor will it be a bottleneck with any i5 3-4th generation, just make sure your mobo supports the socket since most i5's have differennt socket variations and support. LGA 2011 is a newer socket that supports 4th and 5th gen while you have others sockets like the LGA 1150, 1155, 1156, make sure the processor you buy supports your mobo's socket.

Just check for compatible sockets if you want to install Windows or Linux.
If you want to install OS X, then you're gonna need specific set of hardware for Hackintosh build.
