Pay for the meal or Split?

Split. I don't like it when other people pay for my stuff and I don't pay for others either.
Once I even had to leave some of my money in the house of one of my best friends after he insisted on paying for my meal. No one pays for my stuff successfully.

If its a girl i am dating then i don't mind paying completey at times.
If its the first date and i barely know the girl then it depends how it went.
Date went good and i'll be generous to pay it all i think and if it didn't, split it is. xD

It doesn't really matter to me if my date pays, I pay, or we split it. However, I do not like nor support the idea of the guy having to pay for everything all the time; if we continue dating, then we will just alternate in paying for things.

If it's a 'date' initiated by the guy/girl... he should pay for it. But if he/she is broke... and understanding enough... they can split the bill.

If I were on a date, I would offer to pay for it all. Most women take to that kindly, but there are a number of independent women who prefer to pay their way.
